Dear Colleagues,


XV. National Breast Diseases Congress will be held between October 17-20, 2019 in Titanic Belek Convention Center, Antalya. We will try to deliver innovations in this very comprehensive congress that will bring together general surgery, radiology, medical oncology, pathology, radiotherapy, physical therapy, nuclear medicine, psychiatry specialists, family physicians and patient associations about diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant breast diseases. The congress will be held for 4 days, training courses will be organized for determined disciplines, certificates will be given to the participants. The newest treatment modalities, case scenarios and clinical studies will be discussed during the congress.


On that note, I wish you a wonderful autumn and look forward to seeing you all in Antalya as we mark a very special milestone.

During the congress, a large area devoted to drugs, medical supplies and book companies, exhibit their product.

PERMISSIONS

Official congress invitations will be sent to the participants through their own request for permissions for their institutions and visa applications. The purpose of this invitation letters can just be used for permissions or visa application.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of Attendance will be given to all participants on October 28th, 2018 at the Registration and Information Desk.

CANCELLATIONS

• 100% of payment will be refunded for cancellations before 29 March 2019.
• 50% of payment will be refunded for cancellations between 29 March and 28 June 2019.
• No refund will be made for the cancellations made on after 28 June 2019.
• All cancellation requests should be done in writing and all refunds will be made after the organisation.


ABSTRACTS


All abstracts should be submitted electronically via the abstractModule submission system. The abstracts not submitted via the abstract system but via e-mail and regular post shall not be accepted. The abstracts submitted online shall be published without any correction; therefore the authors should be careful about spelling mistakes.

Guidelines for Submission
  • The abstracts shall be submitted only via the online abstract system.
  • Names of the authors should not include their academic titles.
  • The names should be written with only the first letter in capital and the rest in small letters and without abbreviation.
  • Name and address of the institution, in which the author is employed, should be stated.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be in capital letters. (Abbreviations excluded.)
  • In case abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviation should be explained in parenthesis.
  • The purpose of the paper and the methods applied should be explained in brief, the findings should be summarized together with sufficient statistical details and the conclusion should be stated within the framework of the findings presented.
  • Abstract should be organized in a way to include the titles of objective, materials and methods, results and conclusions.
  • The abstract length should not exceed 300 words excluding the abstract title, name and surname of the author.

  • The explanations at the page after the registration procedure will guide you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
  • The abstracts submitted via internet shall be published without any corrections; therefore the authors should be careful about spelling mistakes.

Abstract Evaluation
All abstracts and proceedings will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. In order to have an accepted abstract being programmed by the scientific committee, congress registration for the presenting author is compulsory. An acceptance letter concerning the abstract evaluation result will be e-mailed to the author. All the poster presentations will be prepared as electronic poster.

  • Click on My Abstracts.
  • Click Upload Poster Presentation

  • Preview your poster using the PREVIEW button
  • Approve your poster using the APPROVE button
  • Your poster will be shown as an electronic poster during the congress in the congress center foyers.
